Takachiho-shirasu product used on interior walls: Biocera
Hess International Educational Organization was founded in 1983 by Joseph Chu, the president, and his wife, Karen Hess. Taiwan’s leading private English language educational organization operates 107 language schools and 64 kindergartens throughout Taiwan.
Biocera is used in the restrooms of the Sanchong-branch kindergarten in New Taipei City.
“We chose shirasu-based walls for their deodorizing properties and because they are a completely natural material. As a result, the restrooms are odor free. And it does not smell of new building materials.”
The all-natural shirasu walls do not contain chemical compounds, so there is no worry about off-gas pollutants that could lead to sick building syndrome. Our building materials help keep children smiling.
